Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Support Executive at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Access to a reliable device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • An independent work ethic, with a knack for following detailed instructions and a commitment to providing top-notch customer support
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week with a stable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their queries
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
