Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: You'll start at $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases every 6 months for 2 years.

System Requirements
To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
- A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
- A headset compatible with careerzynith specifications.
- A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted).
- A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook is not supported.
Training Schedule
Your careerzynith career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday, lasting six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
