The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers and drivers. Your goal will be to achieve a 100% answered rate, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll be agile and flexible, assisting with tasks such as chats, outbound calls, and delivery dispatching when required. You'll become an careerzynith expert, fully supporting customers and guiding them through any aspect of their delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer calls efficiently, with the goal of achieving a 100% answered rate
- Provide exceptional support and assist customers and drivers with inquiries
- Be agile and flexible, assisting with tasks such as chats, outbound calls, and delivery dispatching when required
- Become an careerzynith expert to fully support customers and guide them through any aspect of their delivery
- Ensure clear and effective communication to address any customer concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and improve the customer call experience
What You Need to Succeed
* Fun personality, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Ability to work occasional weekends
