Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Data Entry and Management:

Perform accurate and efficient data entry into various systems, maintaining organized records and documentation.

Outbound Calls:

Handle outbound calls, including contacting tax agencies to obtain or verify information, and responding to customer inquiries.

Excel Proficiency:

Assist in preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting, leveraging your skills in creating formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations and achieve shared goals.

Essential Qualifications:

Proven Experience:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry and customer service, preferably in a clerical, administrative, or accounting support role.

Excel Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.

Communication Skills:
