Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to our members via chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing timely and professional resolutions to their issues. - Troubleshoot streaming and device connectivity issues: Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot streaming and device connectivity issues, ensuring our members can access their favorite content without interruption. - Assist with billing questions and account troubleshooting: Help our members with billing questions and account troubleshooting, ensuring they have a seamless experience with careerzynith. - Log customer interactions and escalate concerns when appropriate: Accurately log customer interactions and escalate concerns to the relevant teams, ensuring that every issue is addressed and resolved. - Work collaboratively with the team: Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, share knowledge, and improve our customer support processes.

Qualifications

- Reside in or near Pittsburgh, PA: We're looking for candidates who are based in or near Pittsburgh, PA, to ensure a smooth and efficient work-from-home experience. - High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but we're open to candidates with relevant experience and skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with our members and provide clear, concise support. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment: As a remote worker, you'll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision. - Prior experience in customer service or technical support: While prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, it's not mandatory.
