As a Customer Service Representative Work From Home, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values adaptability, empathy, and patience. Our goal is to provide exceptional service that exceeds our members' expectations, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts

  • Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient communication
  • Provide empathetic and member-centric service that exceeds our members' expectations
  • Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
  • Collaborate with colleagues to motivate positive change and collaboration, whenever possible

Total Rewards Package:

* Competitive salary with a pay range of $17.00 - $27.16 per hour

  • $1000 sign-on bonus
  • Additional $2000 bonus after 180 days of employment

Essential Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate

  • Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
  • Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer Service experience in a healthcare or related industry

  • Education in a field related to healthcare or customer service
