Job Description

As a Data Entry Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate digital records, updating internal systems, and supporting various administrative processes. You'll work independently, receiving guidance from a remote supervisor to ensure data integrity and consistency. Requirements

* No prior experience necessary—training provided

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and familiarity with data entry tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Experience with data quality control and auditing
