Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Marketing Agent to join our team in a telecommute capacity. As a Data Entry Marketing Agent, you'll be responsible for performing administrative duties, including data entry, email marketing campaigns, and contact form management. This is a part-time/full-time opportunity with flexible hours, allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Copy and paste data profile information, including email addresses, names, numbers, and URL links, into a spreadsheet
- Toggle back and forth from websites and verify correct spelling of various data inputted
- Maintain accurate and complete data to continuously improve order process flow
- Send out email marketing campaigns and fill out contact forms
- Utilize system tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
- Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure exceptional results
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer skills
- Quiet home office space setup with reliable internet access
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
