Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Operator to join our night shift team in Cincinnati. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data into our systems, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards
• Maintaining knowledge of production processes and procedures in assigned areas
• Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with team leaders, work associates, and clients
• Understanding and carrying out oral and written directions
• Working in a smoke-free environment
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Functions

• Maintaining high levels of productivity and quality in data entry tasks

Skills and Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field

• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 55 WPM and 1% or less error rate
• 10-key by touch
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

• Knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
