Core Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist – Prior Authorization Operations, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering data from scanned and processed images into our data capture system with high accuracy and efficiency
- Meeting expected hourly production volume goals while maintaining quality levels above minimums set by management
- Increasing speed and difficulty of tasks as expected with training and practice
- Maintaining awareness of and actively participating in the Corporate Compliance Program
- Maintaining a neat and orderly workstation
- Assisting with other projects as assigned by management
- Demonstrating prompt and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Working comfortably in a production environment
- Possessing excellent organization skills and reliability in task completion and follow-up
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient typing skills (35wpm / 98% accuracy minimum)
- Basic math skills
- Computer knowledge and experience with data entry software
- Excellent organization skills and reliability in task completion and follow-up
- Ability to work in a production environment with minimal supervision
