Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Input, update, and maintain accurate data across various systems and databases
- Ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality
- Utilize data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other database management tools to manage and organize large volumes of data
- Identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in data entry
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide clear, concise information
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise
- Maintain strong understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of keeping sensitive information secure
Essential Qualifications
* High typing speed with accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors quickly
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of data systematically
- Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other database management tools
- Understanding of data entry best practices and experience working with large datasets
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and provide clear, concise information
