Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
- Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
- Resolving issues as they arise and providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- The ability to read, write, and speak English
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
