Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately keying applications into our Affinity database, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to industry standards and careerzynith's quality control measures
- Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
- Collaborating with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains
Education and Work Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
