Key Responsibilities
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating dispatch operations, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle emergency situations and provide timely support to our customers
- Managing multiple phone lines, responding to calls, and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that our dispatch operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in dispatching and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, night, and overnight shifts
- Ability to commute to our Justin, TX location
Preferred Qualifications
