Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

* No experience required, but enthusiasm and a passion for customer service are essential.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
