Job Responsibilities As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Maintain accounts payable and vendor records, processing vendor payments weekly
  • Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system
  • Prepare various reports related to accounts payable and payroll for financial reporting
  • Assist in maintaining the general ledger through journal entries and account reconciliation
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with federal payroll laws and accuracy in deductions

What Is Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting or a Related Field: Or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 Years in Accounts Payable and Payroll: Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook): And payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP)
  • Strong Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Abilities: With attention to detail
  • Ability to Lift Up to 25 Lbs. and Perform Tasks Requiring Prolonged Sitting: Physical demands of the role
