Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Amazon Protein market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Amazon Protein market

  • Manage customer relationships and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving our business objectives
  • Develop and present recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with our brand, supply chain, operations, and IS managers to ensure successful integration and leverage of campaigns, media, packtype, seasons, and new product programs
  • Lead and direct the activities of outside suppliers, including content and ad agencies
  • Develop and execute merchandising, marketing, and promotional plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Establish business reporting and KPIs to ensure progress against objectives and communicate back to the organization
  • Collaborate with our IS, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Shopper Marketing teams to leverage insights and digital expertise to execute current year plans and build capabilities to advise and evolve customer relationships
  • Own the eCommerce P&L for assigned portfolio, including Amazon.com, 3P, Prime Pantry, Amazon Fresh/Prime Now, Amazon Business, Amazon Go, Amazon Grocery, Fresh Pick Up, and Whole Foods

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, preferably in the CPG industry

  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive outcomes through strong interpersonal relationships
  • Strong knowledge and experience managing Digital customers, media, and creative development, SEO, and eCommerce merchandising
  • Proven ability to translate insights into sound merchandising, marketing, promotional, and product optimization recommendations
  • Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and quick learning
  • Positive attitude and high level of energy

  • Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's business and market trends
