Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Building strong relationships with potential customers to reinforce the value of careerzynith's brand and pet insurance products.
  • Managing time and resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
  • Handling all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times.
  • Building strong knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.
  • Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections.
  • Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment.
  • Insurance industry sales experience.
  • Service industry and/or Contact Center experience.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.
  • Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections.
  • Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet.

Training and Support

As a new hire, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role. Our training program includes:

  • A 2-week training schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
  • A 1-week nesting period to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve your skills and performance.
  • Access to our knowledge base and resources to support your ongoing learning and development.
