- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the unique needs of our members. You'll be the first point of contact for members who have questions or concerns about our services, and you'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including members, healthcare providers, and other careerzynith teams.
- *Responsibilities**
• Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all company procedures are followed, including those related to data entry, customer communication, and issue resolution
- Multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Work independently under general supervision, with minimal direct supervision
- Answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
- Type 35wpm or more while interacting with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
- Work overtime as required
- *Requirements**
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience
- 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
- Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35wpm or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
- Work overtime as required

• Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
