The Role

As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our night shift schedule, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing large data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining complex data models and dashboards to support business outcomes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business outcomes
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working with large data sets and developing complex data models and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights in complex data sets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and creativity
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the digital media or entertainment industry

• Familiarity with industry-standard metrics and benchmarks for digital media and entertainment
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Certification in data analysis or visualization, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
