Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Project Manager – Electrical Design Engineering
A Day in the Life
As a Data Entry Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across the organization, developing specifications for construction documents, and collaborating with global Design Engineering teams to achieve alignment of design. You will work closely with architects and engineers to produce construction documents for bidding and assist senior architects and engineers with detailed project work.
Key Responsibilities

Data Entry:
Enter data into existing data analysis tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. -
Process Improvements:
Drive process improvements across the organization, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to increase productivity and quality. -
Specifications Development:
Develop specifications for construction documents, working closely with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance. -
Collaboration:
Collaborate with global Design Engineering teams to achieve alignment of design, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. -
Special Projects:
Develop special projects and assist senior architects/engineers with detailed calculations for special projects. -
Travel:
May involve routine travel, typically including short (1 week) domestic trips every other month, plus an annual trip to a global location.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
