Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Transaction Processing and Document Management

About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for capturing and validating complex data, providing production services to business operations, and processing documents in accordance with internal processes. You'll also be required to identify gaps in required information, create databases of information, and follow up with customers for additional documentation. Your excellent communication skills and ability to provide great customer service will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Capturing and validating data that may be more complicated than standard requests

  • Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities
  • Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing
  • Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
  • Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
  • Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed
  • Providing great customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organized and able to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities

Pay Transparency Laws

careerzynith is committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00 hourly, and actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need.
