Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant - Work from Home, you will be responsible for:

  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accurate transaction processing.
  • Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback and insights to provide continuous improvement insights to management.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with team members in strategic planning sessions to enhance chat protocols and efficiency in handling customer inquiries.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and maintain established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or online support environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred, but not essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software, including familiarity with live chat software, and the ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently.
