Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that all data is accurate and secure.
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

Qualifications
