Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service via online chat platforms. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, guiding them through our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Assistant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance in real-time via online chat platforms
  • Guiding customers through our products and services, providing accurate and relevant information
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and online chat platforms

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience as an Online Chat Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer management systems
  • Excellent typing skills and ability to maintain accuracy while chatting
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
