Position Overview
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to verify and update demographic information, addressing a variety of customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and operational challenges. You'll work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company values.

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
- Familiarity with medical and claim terminology
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CT (9 am to 7 pm ET, 7 am to 5 pm MT). Flexible shifts available twice a year.

Compensation and Perks
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, with quarterly performance-based bonuses.
