Job Summary As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, and account management, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
