Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting our accounting team by performing a range of tasks related to financial document management and data analysis. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare review engagement working paper files
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all financial documents
- Automate bank reconciliation, focusing on collection processes and troubleshooting unbalanced branch deposits
- Prepare weekly cash inflow forecasts and assist in cash flow forecasting
- Resolve client billing issues and provide weekly updates to the operations team on accounts receivable delinquency
- Perform month-end accounts receivable reconciliations
- Analyze customer and product/course sales trends
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant
Qualifications
* No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred
- Basic understanding of financial documents and accounting principles is a plus
