Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Correcting OCR errors and transcribing data from source documents with precision and accuracy
• Verifying entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Applying composition codes and style rules to maintain quality standards
• Checking for compliance with style guide rules to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Consistently meeting quality requirements and production deadlines
• Problem-solving and escalating issues that may impact delivery of a quality, on-time product
• Participating in team meetings and projects to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
• Assisting in training new employees, maintaining work instructions, and recommending changes for improvement

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Highly detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks reliably and accurately
• Aptitude for scanning to recognize visual patterns and acquire information from detailed rule sets
• Ability to follow written standard operating procedures and meet production deadlines
• Good verbal, written, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar document editing software
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
