Our vision and dedication to the customer are the constants that drive our success. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements As a Part-Time Remote Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
- Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, operations management) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving exceptional results
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a logistics or e-commerce environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Experience working with hourly workforce and labor laws
