Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions with our technicians.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including customer information, services provided, and account changes.

Requirements:
