Responsibilities

  • Providing in-depth knowledge of insurance plans and benefits, as well as troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, leveraging your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
  • Utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Office and web-based applications to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong and dedicated personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, with experience in customer service or support roles
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
