What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

What You'll Bring

To succeed as a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications to the table:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (phone or email), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
