The Role
As a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and providing them with exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Explaining the details of policies to customers
- Speaking clearly and precisely on the phone

- Making outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints
