About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading our customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met. Your technical expertise and product knowledge will enable you to represent our customers' interests within the organization, driving business growth and long-term relationships. This role requires a strong technical background, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and FinOps. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure successful renewals and provide relevant customer account details. Your ability to empathize with customers, manage a wide portfolio of accounts, and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive training to customers on how to use careerzynith, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues through email, Slack, and Zoom calls.
  • Represent customer support issues and product feature requests to the rest of the organization, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work with Autopilot customers to understand and educate on financial commitment risk profiles.
  • Provide our sales team with relevant customer account details to ensure successful renewals.
  • Consistently work as an agent of the customer, representing their needs to the broader organization.

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of customer-centric industry experience as a Customer Success or Technical Account Manager in B2B tech or SaaS.

  • A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to cater to a specific audience, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering/Infrastructure, and DevOps professionals.
  • Strong technical background, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and FinOps (nice-to-have).
  • Ability to manage a wide portfolio of accounts from SMB to large enterprise corporate accounts.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Someone who is plugged in and responsive to customers' emails and Slack messages.
  • A kind person.

Bonus Points:

* Monitoring and observability expertise.

  • Experience building and deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Relevant Data Visualization / financial product experience.

Pay & Benefits

The estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include equity, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and education stipends.
