About the Role:

As a Virtual Assistant/Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the digital face of our agency, engaging with leads, supporting creator fans, closing sales through direct messages, and ensuring our systems remain organized and efficient. This role is perfect for a skilled and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their emotional intelligence, persuasive writing skills, and ability to follow structured chat sales flows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to followers' messages, DMs, and inquiries with emotional intelligence and a persuasive tone, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. - Follow structured chat sales flows to upsell content and increase creator revenue, driving business growth and success. - Track and log chats, performance metrics, and fan feedback to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our strategies. - Coordinate with team leads and content creators on custom requests fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Handle light administrative tasks, including Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, and other tools, to maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

- 6+ months of experience in text/chat-based support or sales, with a proven track record of success. - Excellent written English skills and strong copywriting instincts, enabling you to craft compelling messages and drive engagement. - High-speed internet, reliable laptop, and access to Slack/Google Workspace, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. - Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate weekend and evening shifts.

Bonus Points if You:

- Have experience with Reddit marketing, Twitter engagement, or follower growth tactics, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to our team. - Possess a strong understanding of the creator economy and social media marketing strategies, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive results.
