  • Update and maintain careerzynith database with current information, verifying and validating business listings to ensure data quality.
  • Assist with data clean-up and organization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our data entry processes are efficient and effective.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our data entry processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

* Strong attention to detail: The ideal candidate must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy.

  • Proficiency in data entry: Prior experience with data entry and strong typing skills (at least 60 words per minute).
  • Self-motivated and reliable: A Virtual Assistant in a remote role must be self-disciplined and dependable, with the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.
