Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr Job Details Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $35–$40/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1-2 months (Extension feasible) Commitment: 10-40hrs/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Design and evaluate advanced shopping‑assistant AI systems by creating realistic shopper profiles Develop high‑quality prompts and rigorous evaluation rubrics for product‑recommendation tasks Apply expertise in trend spotting, brand benchmarking, and translating shopper needs into actionable recommendations Requirements Strong professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, e‑commerce category management, or related consumer‑shopping roles Proven ability to create retail assets such as inventory scorecards, product‑content libraries, and campaign‑ROI reports Excellent written English and strong attention to detail Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported) Application Process Upload resume AI interview based on your resume (15 min) Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Crossing Hurdles by 2x.
