What You’ll Do
- Build automated end-to-end smoke suites for critical flows such as login, scheduling, Stripe payments, messaging, and Talk Now
- Integrate your test suites into GitHub Actions so nothing ships without passing automation
- Perform targeted manual testing only for complex, high-risk areas like video calls, translation, or payment webhooks
- Create the testing standards developers must follow before code reaches you
- Continuously eliminate flaky tests and strengthen reliability
First 90 Days Outcomes
- Author the testing standards checklist
- Deliver the first automated smoke suite
- Integrate automation as a required CI gate in GitHub Actions
- Choose and configure the automation frameworks (Playwright and Pytest)
- Validate reliability across key flows including payments, onboarding, and messaging
- Identify and eliminate the top recurring regressions
