Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build scalable, cloud-native applications and modern contact center solutions on top of Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend technologies, Python backend development, AWS cloud infrastructure, and integrations with Pindrop authentication and fraud detection workflows.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React. Build responsive UI components and integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and microservices Develop secure, scalable backend services and cloud-native applications on AWS using EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related services Integrate Pindrop authentication, fraud detection, and voice security workflows within applications Support Amazon Connect and contact center integrations including SIP and call flow workflows Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and observability using tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, CloudWatch, and Splunk Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across frontend and backend systems Collaborate with product, design, platform, and operations teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support activities Qualifications 4+ years of experience in full stack development with strong frontend and backend expertise Strong experience in Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications on AWS Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices Experience with event-driven systems such as SNS, SQS, or EventBridge Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to have AWS Certifications such as Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate Exposure to Amazon Connect and contact center modernization initiatives Experience working with distributed, cloud-native enterprise systems Knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP call flows, and Pindrop integrations is preferredWe offer: Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
