Skill Requirement Experience Knowledge of geospatial concepts Required 2 Years Knowledge of appropriate cartographic designs and solutions Required 2 Years Experience working with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop software Required 2 Years Experience working with ESRI ArcGIS Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and configurable applications Required 2 Years Experience with Python, ArcGIS API for Python, ArcPy, and other data science packages, including web automation and web scraping capabilities Required 2 Years Experience with JavaScript and ArcGIS JavaScript API Required 2 Years Knowledge of SQL within Oracle and SQL Server platforms Required 2 Years Managerial/Supervisory experience in a health-related field, data/technology-related field, or comparable domain Required 4 Years Ability to engage with stakeholders and partners across GIO, government agencies, state/local health departments, and private-sector organizations Required 2 Years Project management skills, including communication, organization, and metric tracking Required 2 Years Experience with GIS-specific data governance best practices Required 2 Years Experience with GeoAI Nice to Have 1 Year
