Discover the Role The Global FP&A Analyst demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, delivers insightful analysis, and supports global and market business teams to enable performance improvement. This role has a global scope, driving global initiatives within Group FP&A combined with support to the market's financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities by preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Drive global FP&A initiatives and promote globally aligned planning and reporting methodologies across all markets.
  • Produce monthly performance packs (P&L, revenue, margin, Opex) and explain variances versus budget/forecast through driver-based analysis.
  • Support the annual budget and periodic forecast cycles: prepare templates, collect inputs, validate assumptions, and consolidate submissions.
  • Maintain and improve KPI dashboards; track trends and provide concise commentary for management reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with group FP&A policies, calendars, and tools; support the adoption of common data definitions and reporting standards.
  • Business Partnering
  • Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to commercial and operations stakeholders; participate in monthly performance meetings.
  • Build financial models for pricing, investment cases, and scenario analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational targets.
  • Follow up on action items to support the business in meeting financial targets; escalate risks and opportunities early.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Validate the integrity of management reporting data by performing reconciliations and reasonableness checks.
  • Adhere to internal controls for planning and reporting processes; support remediation of data or process issues.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Excel and BI skills
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms; experience with OneStream or similar is beneficial
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear, concise insights
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills; proactive follow-up and issue escalation
  • Organized and self-directed working style, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis
