GTM Systems Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic GTM Systems Product Owner to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of go-to-market tooling, primarily centered around Salesforce, for an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex go-to-market strategies into clear system requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Business, and Operations, to drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Manage the portfolio of technical work, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of solutions.
• Communicate progress and updates effectively to stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
• Support the implementation of systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and revenue attainment.

Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in go-to-market systems, particularly with a focus on sales, onboarding, and customer success.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, demonstrating a deep understanding of effective architecture and functionality.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-powered go-to-market tools and technologies.
• Background in marketplace or two-sided platform environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
