DVHA is offering a Rural Health Transformation Fund grant for eCQM calculation tools, community health team tracking tools, and primary-care data analytics infrastructure. Core Responsibilities

• Support data infrastructure planning, analytics workflows, reporting capabilities, and implementation coordination for rural health data tools.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
