About The Role A leading global investment bank (representative of our employer network) is hiring a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. You’ll collaborate closely with senior bankers, clients, and cross-functional deal teams on high-impact transaction work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises in healthcare
- Build detailed financial models, including:
- DCF, LBO, merger models
- Operating & valuation analyses
- Conduct market research across biotech, pharma, medtech, and healthcare services
- Prepare pitchbooks, investor materials, and client presentations
- Participate in due diligence across financial, clinical, product, and regulatory areas
- Analyze industry trends and company performance metrics
- Assist with deal structuring, transaction logistics, and closing processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Biology, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of valuation, financial modeling, and corporate finance
- Interest in healthcare markets, biotech innovation, or medical technology
- Experience in IB, consulting, equity research, or life sciences preferred
- Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
