Position Overview We're seeking a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote | Performance-Based) to support our recruiting team by generating qualified leads and scheduling candidate appointments. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on reputed company, not full-cycle recruiting. You'll serve as a first-reputed company connector, engaging reputed company, assessing their interest, and coordinating meetings with our recruiters. Compensation is entirely performance-based you'll be paid for the value you deliver, scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful placements. Work as much or as little as you'd like, this is a flexible, output-driven opportunity ideal for self-starters.
Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Engagement Initiate contact with prospects, introduce MLR opportunities, and assess basic qualifications and interest.
- Appointment Scheduling Arrange calls between candidates and MLR recruiters for further screening and job matching.
- Follow-Up & Coordination Maintain communication with leads, ensuring smooth reputed company and reputed company interest.
- CRM Management Accurately update candidate data in our ATS/CRM system.
- Recruitment Enablement Earn commissions for each action that results in a successful meeting, interview, or hire. Ideal Candidate

- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
