High-Ticket Closer — Private Aviation Charter Brokerage
We are expanding a private aviation charter brokerage and are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team. This role is focused on outbound business development and relationship-driven sales. It is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with proactive outreach and building their own pipeline. There are no inbound leads provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients
- Build and develop your own book of charter clients
- Warm leads through networking and relationship development
- Engage with high-net-worth and corporate clients
- Close private aviation charter transactions and repeat business
- Develop relationships with members of golf, equestrian, sports teams
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in cold calling or high-ticket sales
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-generated leads
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Aviation experience is preferred but not required
- Existing network in UHNW, corporate, or luxury sectors is an asset
Compensation
- Commission only
- No commission cap
