Hotel Contractor – Luxury Travel

About the Role
We are recruiting for one of our portfolio companies — an ambitious early-stage luxury travel platform building a carefully curated collection of extraordinary hotels, private villas, and bespoke experiences for high-net-worth clients. We’re looking for an experienced Hotel Contractor to join at this exciting early stage. You will start on a generous commission-only contract with strong earning potential, with a base salary becoming available as the platform grows and scales. This role is ideal for someone who already has stable income streams and wants to add a high-margin revenue stream by contracting luxury hotels and expanding both our portfolio and your own client offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard exceptional 5-star+ hotels, private villas, boutique resorts, and ultra-luxury properties that align with our luxury standards.
- Negotiate attractive commission rates, upgrades, amenities, and preferred partnership terms.
- Build and grow relationships with hotel sales directors, GMs, and owners.
- Secure unique VIP experiences and bespoke offerings for clients.
- Collaborate with our product team to match properties to client requirements.
- Help shape and expand our hotel portfolio as we grow.
Requirements & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience contracting or selling luxury hotels (for agencies, operators, or as an independent advisor).
- Existing relationships with luxury hotel groups (Aman, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Belmond, Six Senses, Oetker Collection, etc.) are a big advantage.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Existing client base or other income streams preferred — this role is designed to complement what you already do.
Compensation
Highly competitive commission-only structure with very generous payout rates (significantly above standard industry levels). Earnings are directly tied to the bookings generated through the hotels you contract. A profitable “add-on” to your current business, earning substantial supplemental income with relatively low additional effort once properties are onboarded.
