Responsibilities

As an HR Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional customer service, promptly assisting clients while managing expectations to ensure high customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering accurate, real-time responses to telephone and written inquiries about general HR matters, including policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Escalating complex issues as necessary, ensuring they are addressed appropriately.
  • Accurately processing employee-related transactions based on thorough research, specific employee information, and established guidelines.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and records for all HR-related cases using our HR Help Desk system.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required:

Bachelor's or Associate Degree with at least one year of experience in HR and/or customer support; OR no degree with three years of experience in HR and/or customer support.

Essential Skills:

+ Basic understanding of HR solutions and practices. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with HR Help Desk systems and software. + Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. + Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI).

Work Mode
