Illustrator and Motion Designer

Team Summary Our Product Design team consists of 13 team members. We’re a user-centric, fast-paced and collaborative team that works closely with other design, product, and engineering teams. Alongside experienced designers and UX researchers, you will craft design solutions that deliver value to customers worldwide. Job Summary As part of our growing Product Design team you will be responsible for supporting and designing illustrations and animations for iOS and Android apps. We’re a customer-centric, fast-paced and collaborative team that works closely with other design, product and engineering teams Responsibilities and Duties Design with customer needs and business and product strategy in mind, closely collaborating with product, design and engineering team members Support the content team by creating new assets or compositions using existing assets. Translate UX copy visually to educate users on new features, either a static image or animation for more complex features Collaborate with team on brainstorming or storyboarding sessions Maintain and manage our visual library Take initiative and ask relevant parties for more information if needed Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience as an illustrator for iOS and Android applications Familiarity with AI-assisted design and illustration tools, with a demonstrated willingness to incorporate them into workflows; flexible and open to adopting new AI-enabled processes as they evolve Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Figma Experience with JIRA and Confluence to work with product and design teams Fluent English and experience presenting your work to project stakeholders Experience working with remote English-speaking teams Capable of working independently but also a team player Nice to have Proficient with AI-powered design tools and eager to integrate them into daily workflows to boost efficiency Experience with 3D modeling and animation Experience working on a single product or feature for a significant amount of time and your work there has helped achieve a significant, measurable improvement in customer experience Experience working with hardware and are generally tech savvy Leadership or participation in design critiques to run a constructive feedback process with multiple designers We offer multiple benefits that include The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture, and an individual approach to each team member Competitive compensation and perks Opportunity to receive a Performance Bonus for your individual achievements and a Loyalty Bonus recognizing your dedication to the company Gig-contract 21 paid vacation days per year, paid public holidays according to Ukrainian legislation Development opportunities like corporate courses, knowledge hubs, and free English classes as well as educational leaves Medical insurance is provided from day one.
